The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Uranium Royalty Corp. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on July 6, 2023. According to the TSX, there will be 100,369,451 common shares and 16,732,638 common share purchase warrants of the company issued and outstanding, and 28,880,177 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol URC, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 91702V 10 1, and the warrants will trade under the symbol URC.WT, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 91702V 11 9.

The TSX reports that Uranium Royalty is a pure-play uranium royalty company focused on gaining exposure to uranium prices by making strategic investments in uranium interests, including royalties, streams, debt and equity investments in uranium companies, as well as through trading of physical uranium. According to the TSX, the company does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future.

The transfer agent and registrar for the shares is Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Vancouver, and the transfer agent and registrar for the warrants is Computershare Trust Company of Canada at its principal offices in Vancouver. As per the warrant indenture dated Dec. 6, 2019, between the company and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, the warrants of Uranium Royalty are exercisable at $2 per share until Dec. 6, 2024.

The TSX notes that the company's shares have been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Dec. 11, 2019, under the symbol URC, and its warrants have been listed on the TSX-V since Dec. 12, 2019, under the symbol URC.WT. The securities will be delisted from the TSX-V on July 6, 2023, upon the start of trading on the TSX. The shares have also been listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market since April 28, 2021, under the symbol UROY. The temporary market-maker for the company is Citadel Securities Canada ULC and the fiscal year-end is April 30.
