2025 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

At Northern Uranium Corp.'s 2025 annual and special meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 4, 2025, Vincent Teo, Aaron Triplett and Georgia Knight were elected as directors. Mr. Teo is president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the company. Shareholders reappointed Davidson & Company LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the company's auditor and reapproved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan. The company's stock option plan remains subject to final acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
