FILING OF AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DELAYED
Northern Uranium Corp. (the "Company") (TSXV: UNO) May 6, 2025: The Company advises shareholders
that it has not filed its annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and
certification of annual filings for its financial year ended December 31, 2024 and has received a notice of
default from the British Columbia Securities Commission with respect to same. The Company is working
to file the financial statements and related documents.
