SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Northern Uranium Corp. (the "Company") (TSXV: UNO): The Company announces it is proceeding with a consolidation of its common share capital on the basis of one post-consolidation share for twenty-five (25) pre-consolidation shares, subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange. The share consolidation was approved by shareholders at the Company's 2023 annual & special meeting of shareholders held on December 21, 2023.
