SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Northern Uranium Corp. is proceeding with a consolidation of its common share capital on the basis of one postconsolidation share for 25 preconsolidation shares, subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange. The share consolidation was approved by shareholders at the company's 2023 annual and special meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 21, 2023.
