MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Chad Ulansky has resigned as president, director and chief executive officer, Jennifer Irons has resigned as chief financial officer and secretary, and Jason Granger has resigned as a director of Northern Uranium Corp. to pursue other opportunities. Northern Uranium wishes Mr. Ulansky, Ms. Irons and Mr. Granger every success in their future endeavours and thanks them for their contributions to the company.

The company is pleased to announce that current director Vincent Teo has been appointed interim president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer.

The company also announces that it is in the process of transitioning operations from Kelowna to its Vancouver, B.C., offices.
