Mr. Fipke, through C. Fipke Holdings Ltd., has acquired beneficial ownership and control of 12,000,000 common shares o
--->f UNO at a price of $0.031 per common share, which securities were acquired by way of a private transaction.  These se
--->curities represent 8.28% of the issued and outstanding common shares of UNO.
