Mr. Fipke, through C. Fipke Holdings Ltd., has acquired beneficial ownership and control of 20,000,000 common shares o
--->f UNO at a price of $0.05 per common share, which securities were acquired by way of private placement.  These securit
--->ies represent 18.68% of the issued and outstanding common shares of UNO.
Mr. Fipke now directly and indirectly has ownership and control over an aggregate of 43,500,000 common shares and 500,
--->000 options representing 40.91% of the issued and outstanding common shares of UNO, assuming the exercise of the optio
