---> Uranium Ltd. ("CanAlaska") dated September 23, 2014, as amended, the Company has issued 2,500,000 common shares and 1
--->,250,000 warrants to CanAlaska with each warrant exercisable into a common shares of the Company at an exercise price 
--->of $0.05 per share for a period of two years.  These securities are issued in connection with the right to earn a 70% 
--->interest in the project.  In order to complete the acquisition of the 70% interest the Company must incur further expe
--->nditures of $2,800,000 over the next two years.
