URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

Urban Infrastructure Group Inc.'s Luca Filice has resigned from his positions as chief operating officer and director of the company, effective Sept. 25, 2026.

The board of directors and management of Urban Infrastructure Group would like to thank Mr. Filice for his contributions to the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Gary Alves, chief executive officer of Urban Infrastructure Group, commented: "We sincerely thank Luca for his hard work, commitment and contributions to UIG. We appreciate the time he has spent with the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."

The company will provide further information regarding any changes to its management structure and board of directors, as applicable.
