URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP INC. AWARDED ADDITIONAL CONTRACT OF 144 NEW RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN KITCHENER, ONTARIO IN ONGOING MULTI-PHASE MASTER-PLANNED RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY

Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. will commence work on an additional residential development consisting of 144 new housing units in Kitchener, Ont.

The newly awarded contract is part of a continuing multiphase masterplanned residential community that Urban Infrastructure Group has been actively supporting. Construction will be commencing in October, 2026, and is expected to be completed within approximately six months.

Gary Alves, chief executive officer of Urban Infrastructure Group, commented: "We are encouraged to see the improving conditions in Ontario's residential construction market beginning to translate into increased project activity and new contract awards for UIG. The recent awards reflect the continued confidence of our award-winning builder customers and the growing level of construction activity within the markets we serve."
