Vancouver, British Columbia - April 9, 2020, United Hunter Oil and Gas Corp. (TSXV: UHO) and Frankfurt (UHO: A118VK) (
--->"United Hunter" or the "Corporation") announces the mutual agreement to terminate the previously announced assignment 
--->agreement (the "Agreement") dated December 9, 2019 with Texaskew Energy, LLC pursuant to which the rights and obligati
--->ons of Texaskew under a project agreement dated November 15, 2019 with GulfSlope Energy, Inc. would have been assigned
---> and transferred to United Hunter.  
As a condition precedent to closing pursuant to the Agreement, United Hunter was to conduct a private placement of uni
--->ts for minimum gross proceeds of $1,000,000.  This obligation to complete the minimum funding was not accomplished in 
--->the time period necessary to complete the transaction and therefore both parties agreed to terminate the Agreement and
---> each release the other from all liabilities and obligations related thereto.
