URIEL GAS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Uriel Gas Holdings Corp.'s Daniel Custock has resigned as chief executive officer and director of the company.

The board would like to thank Mr. Custock for his service and contributions to the company, and wishes Mr. Custock all the best with his future endeavours. Ming Jang, the company's current chief financial officer, will act as interim CEO until a suitable replacement has been found.
