UniDoc Health Provides Bi-Weekly
MCTO Status Update
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, August 12, 2026 -- UniDoc Health Corp. (CSE: UDOC) (FRA: L7T) (OTCQB: UDOCF) ("UniDoc" or the "Company"), further to its news release dated July 30, 2026, provides this bi-weekly default status report in accordance with National Policy 12-203 Management Cease Trade Orders ("NP 12-203").
The Company continues to work toward filing its audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the related management's discussion and analysis, and the related CEO and CFO certifications (collectively, the "Required Filings"). The Company advises that the audit process has now commenced. The audit remains in its early stages, and the Company continues to work closely with its auditor to advance the audit as efficiently as possible. The Company will provide further updates as material progress is made.
The Company remains committed to completing the audit and making the Required Filings as soon as possible and, in any event, on or before September 28, 2026. The Company's interim financial statements, related management's discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certifications for the three months ended June 30, 2026 (collectively, the "Interim Filings") are required to be filed by August 31, 2026. If the Required Filings are filed after August 31, 2026, the Company anticipates that it will also be delayed in filing the Interim Filings, and expects to file the Interim Filings within five business days after the Required Filings are filed.
The management cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on July 30, 2026 (the "MCTO") restricts the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer from trading, directly or indirectly, in securities of the Company until the MCTO is revoked or varied. The MCTO does not affect the ability of other persons to trade in the Company's securities.
Except for the audit update and the information regarding the Interim Filings set out above, the Company confirms that there have been no changes to the information contained in its July 30, 2026 news release that would reasonably be expected to be material to an investor. The Company further confirms that it has not failed to fulfill its stated intentions concerning the alternative information guidelines under NP 12-203, is not aware of any other anticipated specified default subsequent to the default that is the subject of the MCTO, and has no other material information concerning its affairs that has not been generally disclosed.
The Company is not subject to any insolvency proceedings and will continue to issue bi-weekly default status reports in accordance with NP 12-203 until the Required Filings are filed and the MCTO is revoked or varied.
On behalf of the Board of Directors,
Antonio Baldassarre
