UniDoc Announces CFO Resignation

VANCOUVER, BC / July 08, 2026 / UniDoc Health Corp. (CSE: UDOC) (FRA: L7T) (OTCQB: UDOCF) ("UniDoc" or the "Company"), a company developing eHealth solutions, announces that Austin Thornberry has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He will continue to serve on the company's board of directors.

The Company thanks Mr. Thornberry for his service and contributions as Chief Financial Officer.

Tony Baldassarre will assume the role of interim CFO. The board of directors of the company is currently in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for Mr. Thornberry's successor. A further news release will follow once a new CFO has been appointed.
