The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, Oct. 23, edition that Raymond James analyst Daniel Magder, in a report titled Right Place, Right Time, Right Technology, became the first analyst to commence coverage of Halifax-based Ucore Rare Metals, giving it an "outperform" ranking, citing its "differentiated positioning, advanced development timeline and strategic relevance to U.S. supply chain objectives." The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Magder continues to target Ucore Metals shares at $14.50. Mr. Magder says in a note: "Ucore is developing a vertically integrated rare earth supply chain in North America, anchored by its proprietary RapidSX separation technology and its planned strategic metals complex in Louisiana. With a differentiated midstream processing model, strategic feedstock partnerships, and a scalable technology platform, we believe Ucore is well-positioned to benefit from growing demand for domestic rare earth element production."
