Urban Communications Inc. (TSX VENTURE: UBN) announces that it has engaged Kin Communications Inc. to provide investor relations services. Specific duties will include assisting with coordination and dissemination of news and information of the Company to the public and to the shareholders of the Company, and to initiate and maintain contact with brokers, investors, prospective investors, brokerage houses, analysts and newsletter writers, and provide them with the news of the Company. Concurrently, the Company terminated its agreement with Catch Advisory Group and Elina Chow.

The investor relations agreement has a 6 month term with a provision for extension of the term, and Urban's anticipated costs over that time will be $45,000, payable at the rate of $7,500 per month from working capital, and 500,000 Company stock options at a deemed price of $0.10 per share. Services will be provided primarily by Caleb Jeffries, an investor relations representative of Kin Communications. Kin Communications Inc. owns 150,000 shares and warrants to purchase an additional 150,000 shares in the capital of the Company, and neither Kin nor Caleb Jeffries has any other direct or indirect interest in the Company.
