GLOBAL UAV ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS OF NEW CEO AND DIRECTOR

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - January 30, 2026 - Global UAV Technologies Ltd. (CSE: UAV, OTC:YRLLF, FSE:1OZ) (the "Company") announces that James Rogers has resigned as director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and that it has appointed Timothy Ko as director and Ron Schmitz as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 30, 2026. The Company thanks Mr. Rogers for his services as a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.

Timothy Ko is an entrepreneur who has successfully founded and operated businesses in technology and biotech. He has served at both the executive and board level and has overseen the successful fundraising, acquisition and operations of businesses in his time within the Canadian public markets.

Ron Schmitz has been a Director, CEO, and CFO of numerous public companies since 1997 and is an active participant in the junior markets. Mr. Schmitz is also the president of ASI Accounting Services Inc., which has provided administrative, accounting, and office services to public and private companies since 1995.
