GLOBAL UAV ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS OF NEW CEO AND DIRECTOR

James Rogers has resigned as director and chief executive officer of Global UAV Technologies Ltd., and the company has appointed Timothy Ko as director and Ron Schmitz as the CEO of the company, effective Jan. 30, 2026. The company thanks Mr. Rogers for his services as a director and CEO of the company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

Mr. Ko is an entrepreneur who has successfully founded and operated businesses in technology and biotech. He has served at both the executive and board level, and has overseen the successful financing, acquisition and operations of businesses in his time within the Canadian public markets.

Mr. Schmitz has been a director, CEO and chief financial officer of numerous public companies since 1997, and is an active participant in the junior markets. Mr. Schmitz is also the president of ASI Accounting Services Inc., which has provided administrative, accounting and office services to public and private companies since 1995.
