Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on June 23, 2023, the company has changed its name to Winchester Equity Corp. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening, Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, the common shares of Winchester Equity will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Three Valley Copper Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as an all other financial investment activities company.
