changed its name to Airborne Data Marketing
Ltd. On Dec. 3, 1986, the company changed
its name to International Airborne Systems Corp.
On Sept. 22, 1992, the company
changed its name to AVNAV Technologies Inc.
On Dec. 31, 1993, the company amalgamated
with GWS Enterprises Inc. to form Gateway
Waste Systems Inc. On Nov. 1, 1995, the
company changed its name to Gateway Technologies
Company. On July 6, 2006, the company
changed its name to Trevali Resources Corp.

Nature of business:  The principal business currently carried on by the
company is the acquisition, exploration and, if warranted,
development of natural resource properties
in Peru. The company's principal asset is the
Santander silver, zinc, lead property located in the
province of De Haural Deparmento de Lima, Peru.

Dividends:  The company has not paid any dividends or made
any distributions since incorporation. The company
