Toronto-Dominion Bank's TD Asset Management Inc. has declared September cash distributions for the TD exchange-traded funds listed in an attached table. Unitholders of record as at Sept. 28, 2023, will receive a cash distribution per unit of the applicable TD ETF that will be payable on Oct. 5, 2023, as indicated in an attached table.
