TD ASSET MANAGEMENT INC. ANNOUNCES TD ETF DISTRIBUTIONS

Toronto-Dominion Bank's TD Asset Management Inc. has declared August cash distributions for the TD exchange-traded funds listed in an attached table. Unitholders of record as at Aug. 30, 2023, will receive a cash distribution per unit of the applicable TD ETF that will be payable on Sept. 7, 2023, as indicated in an attached table.
