TRANS CANADA GOLD CORP. GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Subject to regulatory acceptance, Trans Canada Gold Corp. has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company to purchase up to an aggregate of 1.5 million common shares of the company at a price of 15 cents per share exercisable until Feb. 22, 2029.
