TINKERINE SERVED WITH NOTICE OF CIVIL CLAIM AND COURT ORDER

Tinkerine Studios Ltd. has been served with a notice of civil claim by Electrum Charging Solutions Inc. and a Supreme Court of British Columbia court order relating to the civil claim. The order required the delivery of software codes to Electrum. While Electrum was already in possession of the codes, making the order unnecessary, Tinkerine complied with the order and delivered the source codes again immediately.

The claim relates to software development consultancy services provided by the company and Techies of Tomorrow Digital Solutions (a co-defendant) and Electrum is alleging breach of contract with respect to such services (the claim).

Tinkerine believes these legal proceedings are without merit and is in the process of preparing a response, a claim against Electrum for unpaid services and an application to have the order set aside, as it was obtained improperly, without notice to Tinkerine, and has no merit. The company intends to vigorously defend these proceedings.
