TINKERINE APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Tinkerine Studios Ltd. has appointed Justin Sy to the position of interim chief financial officer effective Nov. 13, 2023. Mr. Sy previously acted as interim CFO from February, 2016, to February, 2021. Mr. Sy is one of the co-founders of Tinkerine and is a current board member.

In conjunction with the appointment of Mr. Sy, Chris Lee has resigned as acting CFO to pursue other opportunities. The company thanks Mr. Lee for his time and wishes him success in his future activities.

Tinkerine is evaluating several platforms and applied design opportunities to bring value to its shareholders. The company is also preparing regulatory submissions related to revocation of the cease trade order and resumption of trading.
