(TSXV: TTD) ("Tinkerine" or the "Company") announces results of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on June 15, 2023, in Vancouver, British Columbia. At the AGM, all matters presented by management were duly approved and authorized, which included setting the number of directors of the Company at four, electing directors and appointing the auditor, as described in the management information circular dated May 16, 2023.
