TINKERINE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Tinkerine Studios Ltd. has released the results of its annual general meeting (AGM) held on June 15, 2023, in Vancouver, B.C. At the AGM, all matters presented by management were duly approved and authorized, which included setting the number of directors of the company at four, electing directors and appointing the auditor, as described in the management information circular dated May 16, 2023.

The voting results, with a total of 8,883,517 common shares or 17.88 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares represented at the AGM, are summarized in the attached table.

Each director will hold office until the next annual general meeting or until his successor is duly elected, unless his office is earlier vacated in accordance with the articles of the company and applicable corporate law. Following the AGM, Mr. Sy, Mr. Blatt and Mr. Ravindran were appointed to the audit committee, Mr. Suyu was reappointed chief executive officer and president, and Mr. Sy was reappointed chief technology officer.
