Vancouver, British Columbia / TheNewswire / February 20th, 2018 - Telson Resources Inc. (TSXV - TSN) (the "Company" or "Telson") announces that, in connection with the recent commencement of pre-production mining at the Company's Tahuehueto and Campo Morado mines, the Company's Board of Directors have determined to change the Company's name to "Telson Mining Corporation". The change will become effective at the open on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.

Antonio Berlanga, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company commented "Telson has been a publicly listed exploration and development company for many years, and I would like to extend our thanks to our President Ralph Shearing, who persevered often through challenging times to build a resource/reserve at our Tahuehueto project. The Company will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under its current symbol 'TSN '.
