2026-01-20 19:52 ET - News Release

Mr. Terry Harbort reports

TALISKER FINALISES ORE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH OCEAN PARTNERS

Talisker Resources Ltd. has signed the definitive ore purchase agreement with Ocean Partners U.K. Ltd., as described in the company's prior news releases of Oct. 30, 2025, and Nov. 10, 2025. A further announcement on the signing of the definitive agreement for the $25-million (U.S.) revolving credit facility will occur when finalized.

Terry Harbort, president and chief executive officer of Talisker, commented: "We are pleased to have successfully completed the changeover to our new milling partner and expect to begin transporting material destined for their facility by the end of this week. I congratulate our operations team on the rapid and efficient finalization of crushing and transportation logistics, ensuring the transition was smooth and in sync with scheduled production at Mustang mine. Approximately 2,000 tonnes of material remains to be processed at Nicola with final sales of gravity and sulphide concentrate from this arrangement. We look forward to a strong and long-term partnership with Ocean Partners going forward."
