The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Talisker Resources Ltd. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-five-old basis, effective at the open on Sept. 6, 2023. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol TSK. The new Cusip number is 87425A 88 7.

The TSX notes that the company will not issue any fractional common shares as a result of the consolidation. Instead, all fractional shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. To receive the postconsolidated shares, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates or direct registration advices, as applicable, to TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto.
