TSODILO RESOURCES LIMITED GRANT OF STOCK OPTION

In terms of the stock option plan of Tsodilo Resources Ltd. and a policy adopted by the board of directors in September, 2002, 500,000 stock options have been granted to officers, senior employees and advisers to be effective on Jan. 1, 2023, at 24 cents per common share. These options are valid for five years and vest in four equal instalments on Jan. 1, 2024, July 1, 2024, Jan. 1, 2025, and July 1, 2025.

Tsodilo is an international diamond and metal exploration company engaged in the search for economic diamond and metal deposits at its Bosoto Pty. Ltd. and Gcwihaba Resources Pty. Ltd. projects in Botswana. The company has a 100-per-cent stake in Bosoto, which holds the BK16 kimberlite project in the Orapa kimberlite field in Botswana, and a 100-per-cent stake in its Gcwihaba project area consisting of five metal (base, precious, platinum group and rare earth) prospecting licences, all located in the North-West district of Botswana.
