Further to Tryp Therapeutics Inc.'s news release dated Feb. 8, 2024, the shareholders of Exopharm Ltd. (ACN 163 765 991) have approved the previously announced plan of arrangement (between the parties.

Tryp Therapeutics will be halted prior to the market open on April 29, 2024, pending completion of the arrangement.

The common shares of Tryp Therapeutics will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange at the market close on May 1, 2024.
