V4A 7V7 May 15, 2023 NEWS RELEASE Pursuant to: National Instrument 62-103 Kenneth Johnson ("Johnson") announces that on May 15, 2023, he acquired ownership of 2,000,001 common shares of Tres-Or Resources Ltd.("Tres-Or") in a private transaction (the "Transaction") whereby he purchased the shares from Tres-Or for $0.05 per share. The Transaction increased the percentage of Tres-Or's issued and outstanding common shares held by Johnson from 9.7% to 16.9%. The transaction was conducted for investment purposes and Johnson may in the future look to increase or decrease his shareholdings in Tres-Or as circumstances warrant however he has no current intention to do either.
