KENNETH JOHNSON ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN TRES-OR RESOURCES LTD. SHARES

Kenneth Johnson, on May 15, 2023, acquired ownership of 2,000,001 common shares of Tres-Or Resources Ltd. in a private transaction, whereby he purchased the shares from Tres-Or for five cents per share. The transaction increased the percentage of Tres-Or's issued and outstanding common shares held by Mr. Johnson from 9.7 per cent to 16.9 per cent.

The transaction was conducted for investment purposes, and Mr. Johnson may in the future look to increase or decrease his shareholdings in Tres-Or as circumstances warrant; however, he has no current intention to do either.
