The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in a private Brazilian company that holds mineral exploration permits covering five prospective diamond exploration properties in Minas Gerais, Bahia and Mato Grosso, Brazil.
