RED LIGHT HOLLAND ANNOUNCES NEW FILAMENT HEALTH PEX010 EUROPEAN RESEARCH SHIPMENT

Following the acquisition of Filament Health Corp., Red Light Holland Corp. has expanded its pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing, regulatory and clinical research capabilities, supporting the advancement of naturally derived psilocybin development and Filament's patented botanical drug candidate, PEX010.

The company is pleased to update that Filament completed a shipment of PEX010 into the European Union, released through its European qualified person, in support of multiple investigator-led studies, including studies associated with Nantes University Hospital and Region Stockholm in collaboration with Karolinska Institutet. Each supported study is sponsored and conducted independently of Filament, whose involvement is limited to the supply of PEX010.
