TARACHI GOLD ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGE
Cameron Tymstra, Tarachi Gold Corp.'s chief executive officer, was elected to the board of directors by its shareholders at its annual general meeting held on
Feb. 20, 2024. He will replace Brian Goss, who did not stand for re-election. The company would
like to thank Mr. Goss for his time and wishes him all of the best in his future endeavours.
Mr. Tymstra stated, "I would like to thank Brian for his years of guidance with the company."
