TARACHI GOLD ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGE

Tarachi Gold Corp. has appointed Dilshan Anthony and Karlene Collier have agreed to join the board of directors and they will replace Veljko Brcic and Michael Konnert. The company would like to thank Mr. Brcic and Mr. Konnert for their time and dedication and wish them both all of the best in their future endeavours.

Mr. Anthony is a CPA and is the chief financial officer for multiple public companies including Targa Exploration Corp. He has over 15 years of experience spread throughout various sectors of accounting including the mining industry. Mr. Anthony received his chartered professional accountant designation from the CGA, B.C., in 2014.

Ms. Collier is currently a director of Vizsla Copper Corp. and other public companies. She has 15 years of experience in capital markets and M&A (mergers and acquisitions). Ms. Collier currently serves as vice-president of operations at Inventa Capital where she has used her expertise in the natural resource sector to manage and scale a portfolio of companies.
