(“Total Energy”) (TSX:TOT) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 (Cdn.) per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2026 on Total Energy’s outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2026.

Unless otherwise indicated, all dividends paid by Total Energy are “eligible dividends” within the meaning of subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
