TOTAL ENERGY SERVICES INC. ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND

Total Energy Services Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of eight cents per common share for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2023, on Total Energy's outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2023. The ex dividend date is Dec. 28, 2023.

Unless otherwise indicated, all dividends paid by Total Energy are eligible dividends within the meaning of Subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
