TOTAL ENERGY SERVICES INC. ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND

Total Energy Services Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of eight cents per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2023, on Total Energy's outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on July 17, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023. The ex dividend date is June 29, 2023.

Unless otherwise indicated, all dividends paid by Total Energy are eligible dividends within the meaning of Subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
