Pursuant to the company's news release dated April 24, 2026, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 612,745 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 16 cents per share, based on the 10-day volume-weighted average price of the company's shares as of March 1, 2026. The issuance is in consideration of the share-for-service agreement dated Aug. 18, 2025, between the company and an arm's-length service provider.
