EGF THERAMED APPOINTS SHAO AS DIRECTOR

EGF Theramed Health Corp. has appointed Jackie Shao to the board of directors following the resignation of George Anstey.

Mr. Shao is a seasoned digital marketing expert with experience consulting multiple companies on their sales and marketing growth strategies. Reporting directly to the board and chief executive officer, Mr. Shao has managed a broad range of responsibilities in the highly complex and regulated commodities industry in Geyser Brands Inc. Mr. Shao also brings a creative edge leveraging a bachelor's degree in environmental design from the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. Mr. Shao has used his expertise in sales and marketing to scale multiple companies from start-up to seven-figure valuations, playing a crucial role in Conquest Capital and 113 Royal Investments. Mr. Shao has played an instrumental part in identifying the best emerging assets that Conquest Capital has acquired. Having extensive experience in M&A (merger and acquisition) and a valuable network, Mr. Shao marks as a strategic fit for the company.
