The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated Aug. 28, 2023, between the company, Carter Lake Resource Corp. and the sole shareholder of Carter Lake. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire all of the outstanding share capital of Carter Lake. Carter Lake is the beneficial owner of a series of mineral claims located in the province of Saskatchewan, comprising a total land area of approximately 691 hectares. The claims are commonly known as the Carter Lake uranium project.

Consideration:  2.6 million common shares
