The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, Sept. 22, edition that ATB Cormark Capital Markets analyst Brenna Cunnington has assumed coverage on Tilray Brands with a "sector perform" recommendation. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Ms. Cunnington gave her share target a $2 trim to $6 (all figures U.S.). Analysts on average target the shares at $6.13. Ms. Cunnington says in a note: "We view the overlay of Tilray's global assets as being attractive, with a solid foothold in international cannabis markets, a strong craft beer presence in the U.S. as the No. 4 largest craft brewer position in 2025 and internationally with the recent acquisition of BrewDog, and strategic distribution presence in Europe via CC Pharma. While we are optimistic on the overall trajectory of Tilray's business, we believe the potential for headwinds (ex. integration challenges, price compression, permit delays) could prolong the anticipated ramp of revenue and margin growth, and view the continued (but slowing) drag from share issuances cautiously."
