TIER ONE CAPITAL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCES 2024 DISTRIBUTION PLAN

Tier One Capital LP has approved its 2024 distribution plan. Tier One plans to make distributions of 12.5 cents per unit on each of Jan. 31, 2024, April 30, 2024, July 31, 2024, and Oct. 31, 2024. For each of the distributions, the record dates will be Jan. 19, 2024, April 19, 2024, July 19, 2024, and Oct. 21, 2024, respectively. This distribution plan is subject to further review and amendment by the general partner.
