TINY LTD. ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Tiny Ltd.'s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on June 9, 2026, at 11 a.m. Pacific Time.

The meeting will take place in person at the Fairmont Empress, located in Victoria, B.C., in the Crystal Ballroom and Palm Court.

Shareholders of record as of the record date will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. Additional details regarding the meeting, including information on how to vote, will be included in the company's management information circular, which will be filed under the company's profile on SEDAR+ and made available to shareholders in advance of the meeting.
