TILL CAPITAL ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER MEETING

Till Capital Corp. has determined to make a return of capital in the amount of $1.50 (U.S.) per share to its shareholders. The return of capital will require approval at a special meeting of shareholders which Till Capital will hold on March 26, 2024, for shareholders of record as of Feb. 13, 2024. The timing of the return of capital payment will be determined and announced following the special meeting, subject to receipt of required shareholder approvals. A management information circular respecting the approvals required to effect the return of capital will be available to shareholders of record by Feb. 19, 2024, and will be posted to Till Capital's profile on SEDAR+.
