The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation the share purchase agreement dated June 18, 2021, and amendments thereto. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company has agreed to sell the 100-per-cent right, title and interest in Omega Insurance Holdings Inc. and its two wholly owned subsidiaries, Omega General Insurance Company and Focus Group Inc. (together, Omega), to an arm's-length purchaser. In consideration of the agreement, the purchaser has paid to the company a cash payment of approximately $13-million.
